Pricing questions
Is this a subscription?
No. Every plan is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal. You only buy again if you need to.
How long do my corrections last?
Pack corrections do not expire. The pass gives unlimited corrections for 30 days from payment, within a fair-use limit of 20 corrections a day.
How can I pay?
By card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay or Google Pay, on the secure checkout of Waffo, our authorised reseller (merchant of record), which also handles taxes. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars; depending on your country, taxes may be added at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
Yes: if the service is not for you, write to us within 7 days of purchase and we refund the full amount, once per customer, no questions asked.
Are speaking corrections included?
Yes. One correction covers a written text or a spoken answer, recorded or typed. The speaking report gives the estimated level, corrections, a score for each criterion, useful phrases and a model answer. It is based on the transcript: pronunciation is not assessed.
Do I need to create an account?
No. After payment you get a personal access link, saved in your browser. Keep it: it lets you find your corrections on another device.
